Do you carry DD and DDD cups size?

Yes, we do.

Our E cups size is equivalent to the US DD cups size while our F cups size is equivalent to the US DDD cups size.

Can I make a Custom Order?

Yes, usually our custom orders take between 6 weeks - 8 weeks. Contact us at for further information. 

Do you do Bra Sizing Consultation?

Yes we do. Call us at 1 800-650-0089 to speak with one of our Representatives.

Are your bras true size?

Yes, our Wiesmann Brand is true size, however you will need to size up when buying our Gorsenia brand.

For instance if your true size is 36H you will need to order 38H when buying Gorsenia bras.

Do you carry wire free bras?

No. We specialize in underwire support lace bras.

Do you carry Support bras

Yes. We specialize in support lace bras. Our support bras help in preventing spillage.

Ordering and delivery

When will my order arrive?

Orders are usually shipped within 24 - 48 hours after the orders are placed.

Orders are shipped from our New York Office 7523 Main Street Suite 670006 Kew Gardens Hills N.Y 11367.

Orders within the U.S. are delivered between three to five days, depending on your shipping preference and your State.

Shipping to other Countries may take up to 14 days.

Please contact us if your order hasn’t been delivered within the estimated time frame.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to the U.S States and Territories, Canada, Europe and Australia.


How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered.

If your order value is $100 and over, we will provide free shipping within the U.S.


Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, you can return and/or exchange your bras, within 15 days after receiving it, as long as it is undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Unfortunately, we don’t accept Panties as returns due to their intimates nature.

In the event that we are out of your bra size we will process your refund immediately.

What is your refund policy?

We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us.

However, please note that your bank may take longer to process the payment back to your account.

That being said, allow up to five business days for the payment to post.

We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.


Do you sell gift Cards?

Yes, we do. These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number.

Our gift cards are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life or if you are unsure of their size.

Simply buy a gift cards instead for the value of $25, $50, $75 or $100.
